Aromas of golden apples, white melon, yellow peach, fresh hay, almonds, lemon pith and bees wax sit so beautifully together as on one the nose. The palate is deliciously medium-bodied with excellent freshness and focus. The fruit is beautifully defined with perfect tension, elevated by subtle savoury spice notes and a rounding creamy texture. The persistence of flavours is remarkable. Very special. I’d expect absolute fireworks in 6-10 years?
