Current Vintage: 2021
Michael and Susan aim to express Barossa Valley Shiraz in a light bright and textured way with beautiful elegant structure. The first vintage for this style started in 2012 after a few vineyards changes the final vineyards that fit this wine perfectly ended up the Sonntag and the home estate block of Shiraz. With some earlier picking and picking on acid and flavour balance, this is a very elegant bright textured Shiraz to drink now fresh and vibrant or to put away and see the layers emerge over time.
