With a fervent relationship with Roussanne since 2011, Michael and Susan have been pushing boundaries on this varietal that they believe suits the Barossa Valley climate and rich earth soils.

Predominately making red wines in the early years of their winemaking, white wine has taken precedence and excitement over the past few years. Just releasing their third range of Roussanne has been a work in progress for many vintages and now shows Roussanne in three distinctive styles.

The New World Old world (previously known as Second Take) is made cloudy style with great texture and good acidity.

Hand-picked, left to chill overnight in the cool room and then destemmed Michael then puts the juice to French Oak puncheons to naturally ferment, with partial Malo and Elevage with gentle continuous battonage. Bottled cloudy and enjoy mixed not settled.

Lemon custard, lemon curd cream, tutti frutti tang with texture and lusciousness.
