This release carries deep personal significance, named for our daughter, Peyton. Soleil, Vent, Terre — sun, wind, earth —reflects both the landscape that shapes these wines and the memories formed growing up within it.
Made with intention from Mourvèdre and Grenache, varieties long celebrated in the dry rosé styles of Provence, the fruit was picked separately at optimum ripeness. Each parcel was naturally fermented and gently raised to preserve delicacy, texture and quiet structure before being brought together in balance.
There is time and patience in this wine — freshness, grace and a sense of occasion.
Presented in 1.5L magnum, sealed under Vino Lok glass closure and housed in the beautiful French Saver Glass Amarante bottle with gift box. A wine for gathering — to mark a special occasion, or simply to share with great friends in the warmth of the sun.

Purpose-made rosé from Mourvèdre and Grenache, picked and fermented separately. Barrel élevage adds depth, texture and quiet savoury complexity. Mourvèdre and Grenache blend is drawn from Vineyards in the heart of Stone Well Barossa Valley, stunning slopes set amid the gums-covered hilltop of the Stone Well sub-region of the Barossa Valley.
