Wines - 2018 YP Shiraz
new release notes soon
ahh 2018 Vintage..... with some great winter rainfalls the start to 2018 was looking good. With a bit of a later start to vintage, we had some milder days that allowed the fruit to ripen slowly to allow for flavour and made it a great year to be able to pick fruit with lower baumes and on acid flavour. The vintage was looking great till Michael decided to break his leg but this wine is a testament that all can come good in the end. A true representation of the Barossa with fruit coming from Greenock, Marananga, Vine Vale, Dorrien, Stonewell and Kalimna. With a portion of whole bunching this Shiraz is light and bright and at 12.9% alc, pop it in the ice bucket over summer to see this spicy, juicy and savoury number come alive.
